The Tampa Bay Area offers an extraordinary selection of fine Golf Courses,clubs and resorts. Satisfyingly challenging water hazards abound and both the scenery and the winter, spring and fall weather are superb.  The area is also home to a variety of professional sports teams including the 2003 Super Bowl Chanpion Tampa Bay Buccaneers, The Tampa Bay Lightning and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

Area residents and visitors seem to live for golf, which explains why so many people choose to live and vacation here.  Winters are generally very mild and residents often joke that since winter only lasts one week a year, they never know when it will occur.  The rainy season begins in early June and in most cases consists of daily afternoon or evening showers through September.  The rest of the year seems to be endless days of sunshine allowing residents, and tourists alike, to enjoy the abundance of attractions available in the area.
